小弟對蘋果的好感一向來很好~搭通天地綫~弄來一台~

用了itune 激活后~稍微上手玩，感覺真的不錯~上網居然比電腦來的痛快哦~

加上小惡魔女兒的照片當桌布。。。

民以食为天。所以，一个民族的料理，很大程度上反映了该民族的特色。热情奔放，是地中海国家最为人熟知的特色。而位于地中海西边门户伊比利亚半岛的西班牙，自古以来便毫不吝啬地散发着他们的热情和活力，无论航海、艺术、舞蹈以至于足球，都吸引着地球村上千千万万的人。那么，拥有这样充沛的活力和热情的民族，他们的料理又会是怎样的呢？
在色彩斑斓的西班牙国旗下，西班牙料理也是热情和绚丽的。在吉隆坡光辉灿烂的Changkat Bukit Bintang，正好开了间Elcerdo西班牙餐厅，让热情的老飨们，可以一尝地道的、热情洋溢的西班牙料理。
 

Elcerdo，简洁的名字带着西班牙语”猪”的意思。除了以欧洲各地的猪肉料理著称，Elcerdo所用的猪肉中，更包括了非比寻常的――伊比利亚黑猪。这种全身乌黑的猪，其中最顶级的，并非以圈养方式饲养，而是热情奔放的在伊比利亚牧地上，仅吃甘美的橡子长大的。在高运动量和饵食的培育下，伊比利亚猪的肉色甘美，脂肪分布如霜雪般细致，堪称世界上顶级猪肉。
 

这种只吃橡子，在饵食中不加谷粮的伊比利亚猪，腿肉以盐腌制，再耗时三年天然风干，来自橡果的甘甜在火腿的咸味中若隐若现，为火腿的味道平添几个层次，在伊比利亚猪火腿中属最为珍稀（Jamón Ibérico de Bellota）的品级，连西班牙国内都属珍品，在外国吃到更是难能。这样的极品火腿，咸中帶鮮。配合香甜的蜜瓜和多樣帶酸的腌果一起呈現。令到這道料理無懈可擊。簡直是人間極品！

开胃菜首要就是引起食欲，且不能太饱。个人而言，我爱选些咸咸酥酥的小东西。就如Elcerdo这种拿培根来炸的小食就刚好，口感香酥爽脆，吃了还想吃，不愧是称职的开胃菜。

主菜中要特别介绍慢火猪排骨（Slow Cook Tender Rib）。选用上好的猪排骨，腌制后先稍微烤一下将肉汁封住，才以慢火慢慢的焖煮。这样的煮法使猪肉鲜嫩得来又丰富多汁，再佐以三种各具特色的酱料，真是乖乖不得了，口感和味蕾的满足程度簡直严重超标！

咦？别以为只有中国人吃乳猪，原来相隔千里之外的西班牙人也酷爱此道哦。Elcerdo 的Cochinillo Al Estilo Segoviano（西班牙塞哥维亚式烤乳猪），其芳香极、其皮酥极、其肉嫩极！我早前听说西班牙乳猪滑嫩得可用盘子来切割，如今亲见亲尝，果真名不虚传。

西班牙版本的烧肉，基本上与中国的做法相同，只是用上了西班牙特产的那些的猪只，口感就大不相同了。精心烧烤的上腩肉，外皮香脆爽口，里层的花肉柔嫩多汁，白卢笋则可衬托出猪肉的鲜味，绝妙的搭配。

西班牙大锅饭（Paella’s，实际上paella既是指做这道料理的平底锅）是地道的瓦伦西亚名菜。与意大利烩饭相似而别具一格的西班牙大锅饭，在双耳平底锅中先将肉类与佐材炒香，再加入米收汁烩熟，与会者直接由锅中取食，豪气干云，体现西班牙的热情奔放，加上色泽光鲜亮丽，味道多变而丰富，更是格外诱人。这道料理宜用以西班牙Calasparra或Bomba地区出产，外形圆短的梗米为佳。Elcerdo为了做到原汁原味，特地进口了这些米，价格虽不菲，但胜在意诚也。

不论是猪、牛或羊，腰肉均是最嫩之处。这道Tender Iberico Loin，西班牙文称lomo的部位，取自伊比利亚猪的腰肉，最是鲜嫩，若有机会到Elcerdo的话，此料理绝对为必尝极品之一。貨源稀少，又不穩定，望能一嘗其鮮，也要靠緣分。

饭后甜点也是欧洲饮食文化不可或缺的一环。Elcerdo特制的Andrea Special 和 Werner Special，是以东家夫妇命名的甜点，结合雪糕、慕斯、果仁和酒等材料，亲切地为热情奔放的晚餐画上完美的句号。

 YES! I got my new Toy Phone!

A Nexus One by Google. Undeniable, it is the best Andriod phone in the market for two reasons : the hardware and the software.

It is now only officially available to buy online for 4 countries.And yes! Like usual, for there is anything good, the name: “Malaysia” will NOT be on the list. So, I got it from a parreral importer for the price of RM2,400.00.

THE HARDWARE

It has a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 512 RAM, 32GB-capable microSD slot, a 3.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display at 800×480, a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and 720×480 video capture @ 20FPS, dual microphones for noise canceling and a trackball. Package includes a 4GB card and I just upgraded mine to 16GB from Lowyat Plaza for another RM160.

The AMOLED screen is gorgeous, and all the colors pop to the point that it makes both the iPhone 3GS and the Droid look washed out. It’s really, really good. And it has a generous 480×800 resolution—slightly shorter than the Droid’s, but still very ample for a phone, when compared to the iPhone’s 320×480. But, again, as good as the screen looks; it does have multitouch after the first firmware update.

The touchscreen is very sensitive. Personally I feel that it is even smoother than my iPhones.

THE SOFTWARE

Andriod 2.1 is the latest android OS for phones. It is stable and fast. Nexus one comes with a series of Google base programs like Gmail, Gmap, Youtube and etc. the apps in the android market is not as many as  Apple’s Apps store, but still, you can find quite a number of free and useful apps in it.

Conclusion

I’ve being an Iphone user since Iphone 2g was out in 2007. I have the whole family of iphones in my drawers. I love its user friendliness, fast and simply layout. But after I use the nexus one, I feel that it is a much faster phone than iphone. Even compare to my latest iphone 3Gs.

Browsing is easy, push mails services, great video and photos features. It is really a very good phone!

Have the mention about it’s dual mic system. One to clear off the background noise another one to receive the user’s voice. It will allow user to make crystal clear voice call and it works for voice recognition as well.

One down side is about the speakers. It is on the back of the phone. It is comparatively soft compare to iphone 3Gs.

This phone comes with a lot of useful internet based applications. So if you want to get the fullest out of it. I reckon you to sign up with local Telco for their unlimited 3G boardband services. Else it will be a big waste.

Pro: Great design, incredibly fast, Gorgeous Screen!

Con: Speaker a bit soft.
